<P><b>Feel secure,</b> HHRC is here for the long haul. We've been helping people here since 1980, and we plan on being here in the future for you. Those who join HHRC have the peace of mind that not only that dues are paid on a monthly rather than annual basis, but that their club is here to stay.

<P>Included on the 11,000 square feet of club premises are over 60 work out stations, utilizing free weights, Nautilus, Cybex, Universal, and other leading equipment manufacturers. Whatever your personal goals our range of facilities will comfortably allow you to pursue those ends.

<P>We also have three racquetball courts that can be reserved at any time for racquetball, wallyball or badminton.  Each month, HHRC offers a 5 game, round-robin racquetball league where you'll be paired up with players of a similar skill level.

<P>HHRC has a large studio which plays host to our many group activities including Martial Arts, Executive Kickboxing, Pilates and Aerobics.

<P>Whatever your fitness goals, HHRC has the facilities to accomodate you.
