		and by using a "hands-on" approach in the day to day operations, Ray has gained exceptional knowledge of the industry. 
		He has spent these years fine-tuning his methods and is able to construct a finely crafted home that retains value 
		over years. Another feature of his Company, is that he works with a group of reputable, highly skilled subcontractors 
		and dedicated employees who take pride in the work they perform. Establishing long time relationships with material 
		suppliers, rewards the Company with premium grade products at excellent prices.<p>

		<p>Building a new home requires decisions and with personable service, Ray will work closely with each customer, providing
		knowledge on layout designs and product selections. Ray and his team strongly believe in customer satisfaction and quality 
		craftsmanship, therefore, they will ensure that each step throughout the building process exceeds the customer's expectations.
